６５歳からのシニア割
亀のこのブログを始めて１０年が経ちました。
おかげ様で、今年からマルマル年金生活であります。なので、
限りある年金資産を有効に活用すべく、無駄な経費をけずって
爪に火を灯すつもりで生活して行かねばなりません。
で、その一環として、６５歳から適応されるシニア割をフルに
活用しなくてはなりません。
と、いう事で、６５歳からのシニア割。調べてみました。
まず、交通系
鉄道では、
・ＪＲグループ各社で使える「ジパング倶楽部」
ＪＲ運賃が２～３割お安ります。しかし、年会費３,８４０円。
と、いう事は、年間１万５,０００円以上ＪＲに乗らないと元が
取れません。旅行会社の列車運賃付きのパッケージ商品は対象
にならないので、年間、そんなに使うかどうか疑問です。
飛行機では、
・ＡＮＡ会員で利用出来る「スマートシニア空割」
・ＪＡＬの「当日シニア割引」
・北海道エアシステムの「ＤＯシニア６５」
・スターフライヤーの「スターシニア」
・スカイマークの「シニアメイト」
スカイマークだけは６０歳から適応となります。
全て運賃が割引となるそうですが、申し込みは当日のみ。
席が空いている場合に限るそうです。思い立ったら空旅へ。と、
いうのがキャットフレーズだそうですが、ついふらふらと旅行
したいと思う徘徊老人を助長するようなプランであります。
また、割引は、早割の方が安いんじゃないの？とも思われます。
次に遊園地や動物園
・ディズニーリゾートの「シニアパスポート」
入場券が９～１６％オフになるそうですが、現在休止中。
・横浜八景島シーパラダイスの「シニア料金」
割引になり、ワンデーチケットは、１,３００円もお得です。
これ、いいね。
・上野動物園の「６５歳以上の割引料金」
入場券が半額になります。入場券を買う際には「ジジイ一枚」
と言いましょう。
・富士サパリパークの「シニア料金」
大人料金が７００円割引となります。まあ、亀は今は自動車の
運転はしないで、どうでしょう？
さあ次は、美術家や博物館や劇場
・江戸東京博物館の「６５歳以上の料金」
入場券が半額になります。歴史好きの亀としては嬉しいのです
が、２０２５年迄リニューアル工事中で休館中です。チェッ。
・新皓国立劇場の「高齢者割引」
チケット５％割引です。あんまりお得感ないね。
さて、いよいよレストランやホテルバイキングです・
・牛角の「シニア割」
食べ放題のコース料理が５００円割引となります。
この歳で食べ放題もどうかね。
・シズラーの「サラダバー」
３００円割引となります。亀はシズラーのサラダバーが好きで、
これは嬉しいね。でもこの割引金額だとコーヒー一杯分ですが。
・シェーキーズの「シニア料金」
食べ放題のランチが３０％オフ。若い頃と比べると、そんなに
沢山食べる事が出来ませんが、時々、無性に食べたくなるお店
であります。
が、これ、いつの間にか終了したそうです。
シニアでもバクバクと喰うのかね。
ちなみに、亀が住んでいる横浜市では「敬老パス」があります。
横浜市内と一部川崎市内のバスと地下鉄がフリーパスとなる、
カードです。カードの年間利用金額は、収入によって違います
が、結構お得であります。でもまあ、これ７０歳からなので、
まだあと５年先であります。
もちろん、この他、５０歳代からの割引プランは沢山あります。
限りある人生、有効に使いましょう。

I turned 65year old this year. And from this year, I'm living
on a full pension.So I have to save to make the most of my
limited pension assets. And as part of this, I decided to make
full use of the senior discount that's applicable from the age
of 65.So, I looked into it.
・Transport railway
The ’Zipangu Club’, which can be used at all JR Group companies,
offers a 20to30% discount on JR fares. However, I have to pay
an annual membership fee of 3,840 yen. This means that if I'll
ride JR for more than 15,000 yen a year. I usually use a plan
that combines discounted accommodation and train fares, but that
doesn't apply to me. So it's not necessary for me.
・Airlines
There are 5th types of airfare available to ANA members: 'Smart
Senior Sorawari', JAL's 'Same-day Senior Discount', Hokkaido Air
System's 'DO Senior 65', Star Flyer's 'Star Senior' and Skymark's
'Senior Mate'.Only Skymark offers discounts for passengers aged
60 and over. All fares are discounted, but applications can only
be made on the day of the flight. Seats are only available on
the day of application. The catch-phrase is "When in doubt, go
for a flight",
The plan is designed to encourage wandering elderly people who
want to travel on the spur of the moment. Also, discounts are
likely to be cheaper for early bird tickets.
・Amusement parks and zoos
The Disney Resort's ’Senior Passport’ admission ticket is said
to offer a 9 to16% discount, but this is currently suspended.
Yokohama Hakkeijima Sea Paradise's 'Senior Fare' discount, with
one-day tickets saving as much as 1,300en. This is good. The
’discounted fare for over 65s’ at the Ueno Zoo offers half-price
admission tickets. When buying an admission ticket,
you say ”please, geezer one's”.
Fuji Sapari Park's 'Senior Fare' offers a discount of 700 yen off
the adult fare. I don't drive a car at the moment and can't watch
the spectacle.
・Museums and theatres
The ‘65 and over fare’ admission ticket to the Edo-Tokyo Museum
is half-price. As a history buff, this is great, but the museum
is closed for renovation until 2025, tsk.
The New National Theatre it’s 5% off for ‘senior citizen
discount’. It's not much of a bargain.
・Restaurants
Gyukaku offers the ‘500 yen discount’ on all-you-can-eat course
meals. How about all-you-can-eat yakiniku at my age?
Sizzler's ‘Salad bar offers a 300 yen discount’. I'm glad I like
Sizzler's salad bar. But this discount doesn't seem like much of
a deal to me. Shakey's offers a 30% discount on the 'senior rate'
all-you-can-eat lunch. I can't eat as much as I did when I was
younger, but sometimes I have an irresistible craving for this
restaurant. But this plan is close now. I think there must have
been old people who ate a lot.
・And then, Yokohama City, where I live, has a ‘Keiro Pass’.
This card offers a free pass for buses and subways in Yokohama
and some parts of Kawasaki. The cost of the card depends on your
income, but it's quite reasonable. But, well, it starts at the
age of 70, so there are still five more years to go. Of course,
there are many other discount plans for people in their 50s.
You have a limited life, make the most of it.
