デローザで久しぶりのみなとみらい
もうすぐ梅雨とはいえ五月晴れの平日の午後、天気に誘われて
久しぶりにみなとみらい迄、走ってみました。
二週間ぶりにデローザで走ります。
何だか走りが重く感じます。自転車のせい？
いいえ、亀の体重のせいです。
国道１号線から国道１５線に入って、到着をしたのが帷子川に
面した横浜ポートサイド。
どんどんと新しいビルが建ってきています。横浜を本社とする
企業が増えていて、この辺りも沢山の企業が本社ビルを構えて
います。横浜に本社が移転をするという事は、企業の法人税が
横浜に入りその金額が増え、横浜市の行政サービスが充実する
ので、横浜市民としては大変有難い事であります。
また、此処もあまり人が来ない静かな場所なので、これも大変
嬉しい事であります。
みなとみらいを走ります。
平日ながら、比較的道は空いています。
いつもの定点撮影ポイント。
さて、本日お目当ての場所が此処。
現存する日本で一番古いジャズ喫茶です。
本来はこの場所では無いのですが、今迄、営業していた場所の
建物が取り壊される事となり、新しい場所に移転する迄に間、
このみなとみらいで営業中なのであります。
亀は、その取り壊された建物のお店には行った事がありません
が、この明るい雰囲気で聴くモダンジャズもなかなかのもので
あります。オーディオシステムはオリジナルです。プリメイン
アンプからチャンネルディバイダーで分けられた各々の音域の
音の信号を、８台のパワーアンプを経由してそれぞれの音域の
スピーカーで再生しています。
その音は、ナチュラル。癖のない素直で元の音を忠実に再現を
しています。特にピアノの音が良いです。また、高音域の強い
音も割れる事無く、ストレートに伝わります。
この冬に惜しまれてとうとう廃業してしまった、若い頃通った
日暮里のジャズ喫茶の事を思い出します。
このお店は、来年の春には新しい場所で、新たな一歩を歩む事
が決まっているのでひと安心です。
お土産に買っちゃいました。
静かな平日のひと時、豊かな時間を堪能する事が出来ました。

Today's topic is "The oldest existing jazz cafe in Japan"
On a sunny weekday afternoon in May, before the rainy season
began, I took a bicycle ride to Minatomirai for it's been a
while.
First, I arrived at Yokohama Portside facing the Katabira
River.
A new building is under construction. The number of companies
headquartered in Yokohama is increasing, and many of them
have their headquarters in this area.
The relocation of their headquarters to Yokohama will
increase the amount of corporate taxes paid to the city of
Yokohama and enhance the city's administrative services,
which is very good for Yokohama citizens like myself.
And I'm also very happy because this is a quiet place where
not many people come.
Now, here is the place I'm looking for today. This is the
oldest existing jazz cafe in Japan.Originally, this jazz
cafe used to be in a different location, but the building
where it used to be was demolished, and it's now open in
Minato Mirai until next March, when it will be moved to a
new location.I have not been to this jazz cafe in the
demolished building, but it's quite nice to listen to modern
jazz music in this bright atmosphere.
The audio system is a custom-made one that is unique to this
jazz cafe.
The sound signals of each sound range are divided by channel
dividers from the pre-main amplifier, and are played through
eight power amplifiers to the speakers of each sound range.
The sound is straightforward and free of any quirks,
faithfully reproducing the original sound. The sound of the
piano is especially good, and the strong high frequency sound
is conveyed strongly to the listener without cracking.
It reminded me of a jazz cafe in Nippori that I used to go
to since I was young, which finally went out of business this
winter.I was relieved to know that this jazz cafe will take a
new step forward in a new location next spring.
I was able to enjoy the richness of a quiet weekday.
